Like us, human beings, the ocean harbors a full spectrum of emotions—joy, serenity, excitement, sadness, fear, anger—and we possess the power to choose which ones to feel. Yet, we often mistakenly believe that storms and calmness originate externally. In truth, we are the ocean itself.
